To make the booksellers work rather than Amazon, I order two books at the beginning of November and pay € 4.50 to have them delivered to my home. On December 14, not seeing anything happening, I called. Oh oops, I was forgotten. But the same day or the next, I promise, I will be delivered. Two days later, nothing. And impossible to reach them on the phone. Order on Amazon, anyway, what lack of solidarity etc etc etc ...
