One person works the desk... no one will respond. Been waiting an hour for someone to help us with our reservation

No matter what Europcar says, there is no longer an agency, so to pick up a car you have to contact ..... At the "parking reception" who will provide you with the keys without asking for an identity document or other, without condition of the vehicle's premises before departure or upon return. Incompetent customer service who assures me that there is indeed an agency and ends up giving me a questionable reflection ...

I did not receive my specified car from Europcar. The deposit was free. An immense deposit was requested, which was never communicated. I was therefore unable to top up my credit card with enough money. I can't go home at Christmas. you are the last one! I hate Europcar .... An attempt was also made to sell me the double insurance that I had already booked and paid for in advance. Clear attempted fraud by Europcar.

I had reserved a minibus for our Christmas vacation (8 hours) - for the first and probably the last time. 10 days after booking, 9 days after payment and invoice - and strangely 3 days before our departure, I received the cancellation by email (and a message on answering machine) without explanation. Maybe they want to rent it more expensive for holidays? They wrote that they are sorry that * we * have changed our travel plans - that we have never changed! But now we have to change them. They didn't call me back (but cut the line many times when I called them), offer an alternative, get no compensation, or apologize, or clarify! The car is not available, the service is not available and we do not know why. We will look elsewhere for that. Unfortunately, 2 days before the holidays, it's more expensive everywhere if you can still find a minibus for those days. It's a shame, we had positive experiences with Europcar in Germany.

This europcar agency is a bit hard to find because it is found in the parking lot you have to go directly to the parking and follow the sign to get there.
