No respect for the inhabitant of Rixheim. It's hot do you want to sleep with the window open? Prepare to hear the bells all night long. But if still it was only a few bell rings per hour, that would be tolerable, wouldn't it? To drive the point home you will have the right to a magnificent 10min bell concert from 6.30am in the morning. I can understand that the sound of the bells is part of the charms of the countryside but pissing off everyone at night is beyond me ....
