5 working days and 60 € to repair my TV while the after-sales service of a large distribution chain had maintained that it was impossible (while taking me 20 € of estimate in the process). Excellent work from iebel services, which I recommend.

I ordered a motherboard for my TV and it did not work, I asked for the procedure to follow to access a refund. I was answered by indicating all the information given in the email. I made the email with all the requested information (photos, references ...) but I have remained unanswered for over a month.

Objective notice: I bought a motherboard for my LG TV from the site. I get it quickly, and when I watch it again close: traces of use, and the insulation of the antenna cracked in 2. I therefore send an email to request a refund and find out if it's a used card. Reply: -When nothing is indicated, they are second-hand items !! -Refund accepted according to our conditions (cs a pdf with the formalities): return at buyer's expense and commission of 15%. (indicated in the GTC) Except that the advertisement was not indicated in any way used card, but here is what the law says: Article L.111-1 of the Consumer Code requires any professional seller of goods to enable the consumer to know the essential characteristics of the product, before the contract is concluded. The trader must therefore inform the consumer that this is a second-hand product. THEREFORE Ask questions before buying.
