This store dares to charge you for an update of your iPhone / restoration at 20 €. (Connect a cable between a computer and your phone) This is outrageous and absolutely not true to the ethics of the Apple brand. Especially since my phone is still under warranty since it is less than a year old. Following a bug with my Iphone 11 max Pro they were not even able to update (Supposedly it did not work in addition) not having such, I ask them to make an appointment at the nearest Apple Store (Basel) they didn't even want to help me by making an appointment online. I ended up going to the Apple Store in Basel where the problem was solved in less than 15 minutes and of course for free !! Telling my mishap from beMac to the Apple Store in basel They tell me that they have a lot of complaints and annoyances from customers who come to this store. On top of that I've wanted to buy Airpods Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max as well as other phones in the past and they never have anything in stock. To flee !!!
