Experience only by phone and via online order. Purchase of an amp via Pass Culture, not the slightest problem. Living near Strasbourg on the other hand, the seller offered to bring me to me in order to avoid the return trip to Mulhouse So I was able to get the amp not far from my home, at no extra cost.
