5 hours wait before a patient with a suspected angina pectoris is taken care of...is that the French concept of emergency services? 4 more hours waiting for analysis results in a waiting room with no water available (vending machine is broken), 2 more hours to get to the conclusion that patient should either spend the night in the corridor or go home (against medical advise) because their is no staff available to run an IRM or room available anywhere. Sad to see the French system so badly funded that patients health and comfort suffer to that level. Highly unacceptable standard of service. If you have the opportunity to avoid this hospital, do so!

Hospital with good health professionals ... On the other hand the gorilla at the entrance of the hospital on Sunday December 20, 2020 in the afternoon around 2 p.m. changed on, the doctor of the department told us that we could come to 2 people for a visit. ... and well this heartless guy did not let us enter the hospital together ... I got turned away and not polite for a penny and aggressive ... when we have no heart and we don't we are not human we do not work at the entrance of a hospital ... he may miss nightclubs!

"We do not take into account mutuals, you have to pay first and then get reimbursed" = is there an executive or manager living in 2020? Before reducing the nursing staff, we should reduce these unnecessary administrative tasks and the staff that goes with them to reassign them to the heart of the hospital's business: care. But I'm afraid that having no customer satisfaction indicators, this post is as useful as a bottle in the sea. This contrasts with the municipality which is forward looking and digital.

This establishment has a bad reputation and you quickly understand why. The staff are incompetent. For example, not knowing how to take a blood sample correctly, losing blood samples which means having a second sample as badly done as the first, not knowing how to set up an infusion, not being able to inform correctly the patient because the practitioner himself does not know what is going on in his department and I am going to stop there because it is so scandalous. Flee this hospital!
