One star for the choice available in this jewelry store. I went there for the first time last year to purchase a ring. Really disappointing reception and I had limited the impression of disturbing. I still went back this morning and my impression was confirmed. When entering the jewelry store, 4 people working there, not a single hello. Once at the counter, not a single glance, the sales consultant had her back turned, which is really unprofessional. Having worked in jewelry, I have always learned not to turn my back on the customer and to be kind. Apparently they weren't very well trained. The one behind the counter looked like she had something to do and busy when she didn't. We went to the competition and of course no goodbye either. If you want advice and kindness go elsewhere.

Hello, I am writing this review to express my dissatisfaction with the purchase of a ring that I paid 199 euros. I bought a ring with a small diamond in the store in February 2020. First there was a size problem with this ring. I went back to this shop three times, first I was a size 50 then 47 then finally a saleswoman had the intelligence to take my finger size and finally she found my size (size 49). I'm not telling you the time to wait to receive the ring. Then there was the containment and, to my surprise, the diamond fell. I returned to the store around June, I wanted to be reimbursed but apparently it is not possible. The assistant manager sends the ring back to me again. I got it back around July 23 and on August 18 the diamond fell. I go back to the Cleor store and ask them for a refund of my ring. Impossible, the saleswoman suggested that I look at something else or contact Cleor Customer Service for a refund, but I couldn't find anything. I contact Cleor's customer service to request the refund and they tell me that they are not making a refund but an exchange for the same value or a credit. A credit note valid for 6 months. It was to say that I would no longer buy in this shop and I would not set foot there again. Your jewelry is not of high quality. It is shameful. Cordially.
