SUPER LAWYER Our whole family can only recommend Maitre Benoit. Unlike most lawyers, you get an immediate answer from him. He is competent in both construction and family law. Thanks to him, my current husband was able to adopt all of my 4 children from my first marriage who grew up with their stepfather. It was a forceps delivery, as we are all Swiss by birth, but have been living here in Alsace for 15 years. If it hadn't been for Maitre Benoit, it would never have worked in life. He had to go to court x times and make it clear that the children are grown up, that the biological dad agrees, etc., etc. Finally, he accompanied three of the four children to the court to pick up the files, as they came back by post. So we're just excited about him. Even with a new building where we were tricked and he is not even an architect, he just ran away with the money, he gives us excellent advice.
