When we hear that my mother, suffering from cancer, was unable to leave on a reservation made 9 months before and canceled on time. What had to pay 50% and in addition the rest was claimed without embarrassment. The human side is nonexistent. I know where I wouldn't go.

The whole team is great, always available and remarkably efficient. We are welcomed as it should, efficiency, speed, and professionalism. Thank you all for your dedication. The agency is nice, with brochures and desk clients with big screen (and coffee !!!!). Another big congratulations to you all. I highly recommend you. And do not forget, you go for your vacation then, greet, smile, wait, and everything will be perfect.

Help ! Nathalie doesn't seem to like her job! After letting us wait, barely looking at us, she explains that her software is complicated and that we have to go back to the branches where we were previously. Good luck for the rest of the summer.
