WARNING ! Purchased a pair of boots last week. At the time of checkout, its content has not been verified and I end up with 2 different sizes. Unable to exchange them, the store is closed due to covid. Called customer service, no solution found or compensation offered. Used to the place, I am very angry. Scam! I will not stay there again.

I came for the first time last year bought sneakers after 1 month the sole in front was peeling off and 1 week later impossible to put them on. I came back for the sales wanting to give it a second chance! So I bought a pair of sandals on July 20 we are 7 days after the sole comes off the sides come out completely so ... explain to me?
