Good agency, competitive price, and almost always good advice. Only problem, we make you believe that it is possible to have an emergency passport for a tourist trip in case of expired identity card. After paying for our stay, several town halls confirmed that it was impossible to have a passport in less than 3 to 6 weeks (legal deadline of 2 months), except in the event of death, health emergency, etc., and with supporting evidence! The town halls no longer have control, everything is computerized (passport and identity card) and centralized for more than a year.

How can an agency manager leave a trainee beginner alone to meet the expectations of customers !!!!! Being fully satisfied with the services of the agency L TUR Mulhouse, I advised friends to go to the agency for advice on their next trip. To know that they were two couples and a single person who were looking for a two-week stay in a nice hotel and correct level 5-star with specific wishes. With my experience, it is with confidence that I directed them on this agency. They arrived on a Thursday afternoon at the agency where there was only one person in office, a small trainee, all new in the agency. The latter, without taking any consideration on their wish and their need, published to them at random 4 or 5 offers in any respect. Arrived at home they called me to sort! All published offers are in the trash !!!! As a result, they booked their trip for a budget of 6000 € at Leclerc. !! That this agency manager is not very present and competent to solve the management of an agency!

A very serious agency and a very competent staff. My last stay (as well as the others) at the Krystal Hotel in Turkey was a marvel, I recommend it with your eyes closed. Thank you thur
