Before buying SIM card at MOISSAC ORANGE boutirue, I tried language setting from Japanese to English. But unfortunately , I mistakenly touched Arabian language. I t's awful ! I can't understand any word of it. I may have touched unrelated part of phone. I asked Orange clerk, and he struggled over 30 minutes, and he finally succedded in fixing many problems I made. ORANGE GTD MOISSAC is great ! He is a real professinal.

More than 2 months that we wait for our box and still nothing we are made to Poiroter on the phone for hours by always doing the same manipulations on the box (a good 15 times) when finally someone has to come they cancel at 11:45 while 'they have to come between 8 am and noon. They have taken more than 100 e for 2 months and then we just missed a call we call them back and they tell us that we must be reachable and that it is our fault. Deplorable service a shame if this continues we will inform consumers because it charges its customers for services that do not work I do not think that it is very regulated Thank you

None taken into account of the pros although we announce ourselves as such. Exceptionally long waiting time, no technical skills, lack of knowledge of files. Making an appointment impossible by phone because they do not answer. To avoid at all costs and strongly the opening of a competitor, fed up with monopolies.
