Order placed in June, reception on December 30, is long, very long. so it's done by hand, I can understand that there was a delay due to COVID-19, but not giving any news, ignoring the change of address request is not not at all professional. In addition I was very disappointed when I received the order, the painting is done by hand so it differs a little from the photos on the site which is normal, however there are paint stains, that it is unacceptable. I want to be patient and understanding, but waiting 7 months for a shoddy product is no! It's a shame because the product seems to be great for the plants, but the service is deplorable and no compensation or even a note is slipped into the package to help pass the pill. I hope that when the good weather returns it will fulfill its role perfectly.

I ordered on May 28, telling myself that I would have my oyas for the summer to be quiet during my vacation. I receive a first email to warn me of a 9 week wait. Ok we're still good ... After 9 weeks, a second email tells me where we go to 12 weeks of waiting. Here we are at 14 weeks. And I have absolutely NO news. I find it unacceptable to continue taking orders, charging exorbitant shipping costs, while you are unable to follow behind in returns. You make money on people's backs it's more than limit as a practice. Simply indicate on your site that your factories are closed. Rather than waiting 14 weeks for 5 small oyas. Shameful. I am extremely disappointed

You certainly provide quality products, but you absolutely miss your delivery deadlines. Upon delivery I withdraw my comment
