1st visit for total loss of smell, normal sinus examination, Dr's advice: "Quit smoking and everything will be ok!" Great smoker, I reduce my consumption, I go back to see him after 6 months of my full sandstone because no improvement and constant migraines, he told me the same thing: stop smoking completely !! I ask him to push the exams, he replied that it is useless because it comes from tobacco and it is common! Knowing me, I let go of the case and decided to continue my little life without smell with the accompaniment of ibuprofen for my headaches! Today is 1 year and a half after seeing this ENT I decided to go see my doctor to do a brain scan, that dear Dr. Barrere had refused me, and here the results fall: brain tumor: Olfactory meningioma of grade 2 !!!! This ENT is not listening to his patients, at least it has not been for me, my tumor is 5.7 cm and is heading straight to the middle of my brain! I highly recommend this doctor who certainly had to be known a few years ago today unfortunately it might be time for him to retire! a real doctor listens to his patient, reassures him and treats him as best he can, if he is not sure of himself then he sends you to more competent confreres ....... today he has damn my family in bulk by this news, so certainly the tumor did not arrive overnight, but if he had prescribed this P .... in MRI at my request, I could not be that size there and maybe the optic nerve would not have been touched (the tumor overflows on the optic nerve of 2 mm !!!!! THANK YOU to MR BARRERE, because it is no longer Dr. You have to call yourself, you really do not deserve this distinction! A good word ..... and in addition must put a star to publish! It does not even deserve this star!
