By trusting us and accepting our diagnosis, you would have saved 150 euros + the 40 euros that we would have deducted from the replacement of your dryer. For your information, competing brands do not deduct support from the purchase of the replacement device but only from the repairs carried out! Good drying to you, cdt!

I tried to have my dryer repaired there. I paid 40 € (deductible from the cost of repairs) for this diagnosis and almost two weeks response: not repairable in France because model coming from Germany (where we bought it). So I lost my deposit of 40 €. I then looked for myself for the defective part that I have no trouble finding for 50% less than the estimate that had been made to me. I replaced it easily and found the part was not the problem. So in the end the diagnosis was wrong and I lost 40 € for refusing to repair. In short, we choose our customers to keep only easy customers who are ready to pay dearly. I'm glad I'm not one of them.
