CrossFit St-Go

Professional, competent, plus a great welcome for newcomers. An activity that I recommend for those who want to do a fairly complete sport.

In the top ! A great crossfit box where you very quickly forget your apprehensions from the start because the members are nice and everyone is encouraged. The coaches are top notch, very pedagogical whether you are a beginner or experienced. And all this in a good mood 😀 Small note of crossfiteuse, the changing rooms and sanitary are niquels 😉

Great CrossFit room, for all levels, great listening and dynamic coaches, good equipment and to top it all, a great community! If you want to move, sweat, build muscle, while having a good time, go ahead!

Not bad but the crossfit, no gym, no good devices, and fixed schedules without badge at will, a pity that St Gaudens with 11 000 inhabitants there is still nothing at this level
