She was able to accompany us throughout our purchase, answer our questions, and find solutions to our problems. Disappointed! Received by Caroline ... Not professional at all ... lack of seriousness. From the moment that we said that we did not like the well visited property, it became unpleasant and refused to let us visit others on the pretext that it did not have the keys or the time ... was a pain in the ass!
