A very good butcher. Excellent welcome. Magnificent meats, not to mention the beautiful catering department and of course the preserves. Worth the detour!!!

"Here we are in a good house" as fire Jean Pierre Coffe would say. "We choose the animals on their feet, and we break the meat in the early morning." Then we offer you the beast at the stall; and then that's all ... No sous-vide, no .... of what little can propose the large distribution for example; or some "butchers" who have trouble getting up in the morning. At the stall, the quality is at the appointment, meat side as the catering side. Moreover, one of the shops integrates the catering laboratory, the other breaks the meat for the two stores and the truck that makes the tours. Without surprises, the advice of the butcher are there, dispensed with a smile and more. In short, I love 😉👌
