Nice promotion in the camp-site of St Rome, with invitation to the farm by the friendly Guillaume, for free tasting. Until then, it's perfect.
Unfortunately what a disappointment by cutting the sausage bought at high prices in their shop: chopping cutter style, taste of fat beef, which dishonors the Aveyronnaise deli! And what about the beef bib, pale as veal and tasteless.
There are on the market of St Rome, fortunately, producers with much more authentic products.
