We are frankly very disappointed with the reception of this establishment. Having contacted them the day before our arrival for the SPA, the information transmitted by telephone was incomplete and completely incorrect so that it was impossible for us to enter the SPA. There was no one at reception, we had to call them and the person was speechless ... so we made 110 km round trip for nothing. We are not ready to go back anytime soon
