After fruitless searches in Quebec to find a bucket and compostable bags, I decided to buy from L’ecopot, on the other side of the ocean. From the start, the service was exceptional! They always responded to my emails on time. Also, I know that if I have any questions for making my toilet, I will have the answers. I am so proud to have my compost toilet very soon !!!

I am more than delighted, really very constant with my product and the speed of manufacture, the responsiveness of customer care and listening. The small downside I would say, Just a little small the bowl compared to a normal toilet, but really nothing too bad.

Many thanks, package well received, compliant and in good condition! She is very beautiful :-) After a week of use, no complaints, no odors, easy to maintain and use, comfortable and stable seat. You get used to it very quickly and what a pleasure not to see these liters of drinking water going away. The price was still a brake on the decision, but I do not regret my purchase at all.

Order of a "dragonfly" placed on Monday: delivery on Thursday. Perfectly compliant product and very well finished. I recommend !
