This agency is very badly organised. I had an appointment at 2 pm but when I arrived the person who should have shown me 4 different houses was still dealing with other people and I was told that after those he had to deal with some other customers first. I ended up leaving without seeing any properties as no one else seemed to be able to do the viewings.

I know the agency and Arnaud and can say that they both have an excellent reputation-Arnaud is both professional and polite.It’s a bit below the belt to wash your dirty linen in public and make such a slanderous comment.It’s common courtesy to call if you’re going to be late and using a person’s mobile number tends to get a better result.

Very good brokerage, with no slick sales pitches.

There is simply no response to my email. While we are really interested in a house. But apparently you shouldn't be asking too many questions. Now another broker taken.
