A wedding rose bouquet, ordered for Saturday, handed over 2 days before in a dismal state. Lamentable also the reaction of the boss who, when I ask for the refund accepts then changes his mind, getting angry, using a crude vocabulary. I strongly advise you, a florist who has neither the quality of the products nor the customer relationship. When we can not provide a service we do not commit, we do not commit either to promise a refund that we assume not a few seconds later ... Ashamed. A 70 € bouquet that ended in the trash even before the wedding
