HYPOCRAS

Don't miss visiting this winery and tasting this unique wine! The owner, a world traveler as well as a wine producer, provides a wonderfully interesting story of how the recipe for this medieval wine as rediscovered. Plus, the drink itself is excellent; we ended up buying half a case! The city itself is quite nice, with a lovely little revive meandering through the town.

Excellent regional aperitif and a very friendly welcome

The reception is very nice. Do not expect to taste, buy and leave in 5 minutes. He will tell you the story of true Hypocras and more if affinities. Allow at least 30 minutes. A pleasure in any case for us; to have exchanged and learned. I recommend if you are looking for an original alcohol and you have time.
