Shameful. It goes very quickly to open accounts and insurance, but when you want to recover your invested money, we are taken for weeks, months, with not conscientious advisor. I am sharing my experience with you so that you may not have to entrust your money to this bank. I opened a life insurance policy for my children more than 10 years ago in order to finance their license. On January 8th, I go to the bank asking how to release this money for my son's license. They answer me very simple: you make a letter signed by the 2 parents, with the amount you want to withdraw, you must leave a minimum of 500 euros. I do the mail and have my ex-spouse sign it (even if I am the one who put all the money, it's the law ..) 3 weeks later no news ... I call the bank who tells me no, either I withdraw everything or 1000 euros. luckily I called otherwise I will never have had the answer. We redo a letter, finally I prefer to redeem the 2 accounts, given the little communication in this bank it will be easier. we return the mail ... and on target .... no news 3 weeks, I call back, I am informed that a document is missing on behalf of my youngest son ... I am surprised the 2 accounts are open at the same time, I withdraw at the same time but not that an account is posed problem... Come on we are leaving for 3 weeks, great !!!! the account of my youngest and finally closed, and that of the oldest has not budged !! I remind you, they make me understand that you have to be patient. I ask to be called back but no one call back this week, I call again this time asking the manager, but the same nobody calls back. end of the day, I call back, I am informed that a document is missing for my eldest son, and that it has been transmitted .... to my ex-spouse .... logical !! So I imagine that we are leaving for 3 weeks !!! 3 months to unblock life insurance, whatever to this day it is still not done. However, it seems to me that there is a law concerning life insurance, or the funds must be released at the latest within the month following the request. this time I may finally have an answer unlike the phone !!
