I left this bank following a move and a more attractive home loan with a competitor, after having been a model client for 10 years. Since then, it's been a nightmare to transfer my children's passbooks, the first transfer request made in February 2019 and since then, despite multiple reminders from my new bank and from me in 14 months, nothing has progressed. In desperation, I post my misadventures here hoping that it will advance my case ... So personally, I would absolutely not recommend this bank! I put a star because we can't put a star ...

Agency which manages its customers at the head, advised customers who do not answer to the mails, time of cashing of the checks indefinite time… if you have to open an account do not go in this bank !!

I'm still waiting for my 20 euros sponsorship since January (soon 7 months). They managed to lose me a check of 400 euros deposited directly at home. Do not answer emails. I have never seen so many incompetent people! I strongly advise against you. With my spouse we had 12000 euros aside but we leave this bank. The mortgage will be for people who want to work.

Agency much nicer than that of noeux the mines even if one must be a little uncomfortable to get their hands on a counselor a Saturday morning :) Surprised to be "known" by the counselor having never put a foot before today!
