I was expecting help from an accident at work accident not recognized by the security but nothing !!!! CAISSE D'EPARGNE does not do in the social !!!! What a desappointment ! 2 advisors in 2 years without being notified. I discover it on my account statements ... Bravo customer relationship! But what leads me to post this opinion is that I asked for a revision of the interest rate of my mortgage. Initial application June 15th. After many difficulties, (pb tel, counselor absent, documents not received etc ....), you really have to show determination to finally meet the director and be "listened", without being convinced to have been heard brief! After responding very partially to my request, the revision of the loan will take effect on November 5, a little 5 months after my request. "It's not done yet, I have not received any documents so far." What consideration can a customer still expect from a banking establishment ?? Savings Bank Lens Republic I do not recommend.

Catastrophic! The worst experience for a real estate project. The unreachable adviser who replies by mail from time to time, and never remembers you. We had a first, then a second .. No one in this bank is serious or professional. Do not even talk about the Management .. The records are very bad or not followed at all.
