It is very practical to have an ATM available in this central sector of the municipality of Avion. Unlike some ATMs, you can withdraw 20 euro banknotes and not only 50 euro banknotes. This is very useful especially on market days. 😷 Parking nearby is always easy, which doesn't hurt and is even important. I see that the rating of this bank is very low and that many customers are unhappy. Not being a customer, I cannot comment on their services. Very unhappy with this agency. 2 emails sent without any response from them. Removes intervention costs for no reason. Couldn't get anyone on the phone. Lack of good citizenship on their part.

Bank that is run by a bunch of incompetent ... 7 months to register a guardianship which ultimately turns out not to be taken into account. After a 2nd passage and more than 1 hour of waiting, the document was saved to me 7 months late, I finally thought it was done because 1 and a half months later following numerous calls from me I was told that the document has not been taken into account and we put that on the back of a collaborator saying part of the agency so I go there to redo everything and I see that the person who took my request 1 month and half before and always there !! They are in addition to liars I will spend the rest of the story because it still annoys me all to say that it is a beautiful bunch of broken arms!

No confidentiality at the Avion savings bank. I ask that my credit card arrives in agency rather than by mail and I am told that it is impossible. We can not even decide what we want! No listening, no professionalism .... The person at the reception is obliged to call a colleague to ask what to do or answer ... 45 years we are at the Caisse d Saving and the service is deteriorating more and more ..... until the DAB which was inside the bank, very practical, one felt safe, especially my mother-in-law of 90 years when it came look for cash .... deleted! All the banks have ATMs inside their premises and the EC has simply removed it without seeking the advice of its customers. Deplorable!
