Efficient service.
The small downside remains that there are staff on partial unemployment and therefore the service (closing time or support) suffers. But hey, now is the time.
An agency at the top of the top! Flawless customer relationship! Congratulations to all the staff of this rental agency (Lens) who were welcoming, caring and very patient. Despite our late arrival at the agency, (almost at closing at 6 p.m.), the sales consultant did not rush the sale, and struggled to find us a car. With my friend, we left on a very clean 2008. The sales consultant closed her agency 1 hour after the planned closure (7 p.m.) ... I would like to emphasize this great professionalism which unfortunately is not found everywhere. A big thank you to you.
