Hello, I went to the Avis Lens rental agency to ask for a price on a vehicle that I appreciate. For a Fiat 500, it was a small car that I love. So in the parking lot I saw 3 fiât 500s and I therefore asked the gentleman for a rate for 1 week. It was 5:50 p.m. and he replied: I'm yours now, Madam. So I waited because moreover I was without a vehicle and was ready to rent. The hour is ticking and it is 6:05 pm watch in hand and the answer of this gentleman: I quote: come back tomorrow I close it! Not commercial at all this gentleman! He invited me to head outside and close a gate. Also I saw him leave the place at 6:35 pm because I was waiting for daddy so that he could come and pick me up because I was without a vehicle. I recall my family name Mulliez and immediately I went to Avis France with advice from dad, denouncing this agency.

Honestly I don't need to say more just read the comments of other customers, I had the exact same experience, I used to rent cars all over the world I have never seen such a rude staff !!! Not a hello not a goodbye we really have the impression of disturbing the more they do not bother to wash the vehicle they give us a very dirty vehicle it is really a lack of respect however I have always been satisfied with the agencies Notice except that of Lens. Shame on you putting yourself incompetent people to meet the needs of you customers. This is the first and last time I advise you not to set foot there unless you agree to be treated like dogs
