We left with the trip we were hoping for at a very good price!
Pay 400 euros extra per person for a honeymoon suite which in reality has not been booked and then put that on the back of an agent who left to work elsewhere. It is light, in short we lost 2 honeymoon days. on 14 and we lost visits because we had to advance 400 euros to get the suite we ordered! In short, an unprofessional team, I will never go through them again ...
Unpleasant staff we ask for information for a trip the person leaves us a quote without showing us the hotel and its services just the price .... welcome quickly and no communication ... professionalism to review !!!!
