Well, where to begin? This agency is to be banned in view of its most dubious practices. Ecap: I rented a utility vehicle for up to 2 days from Ada, for 2 drivers including 1 who will make the trip (from Lens and Paris, me being in Marseille) and with full insurance payment (Zen) package just to be serene. Obviously, they promise you wonders. And then, the tragedy arrives. The truck driven by my acquaintance breaks down late at night in the middle of the Loiret countryside (45) he reassures me just before I go to bed that he had already done the necessary with the convenience store and that's fine. to be fast.. Reassured, I sleep on both ears, and when I wake up .. I learn that this was far from the case. The repairman dropped off the vehicle at the garage, but the repair would take hours. In the meantime, my friend slept in the cold and penniless. Why? Because the insurance did not deign to find him accommodation for the night (while I paid the full assistance package) but also, the rental company Ada did not only ask for a bank authorization of 290 € for the deposit. But, they took a second authorization of 500 € by mistake !!! (which has still not been returned by the way) As a result, the driver found himself penniless and homeless, and myself not informed of all this because I was sleeping and then, just before departure, The driver was in a state of intense fatigue and was no longer fit to drive, which was perfectly normal. Except that he made the decision to go home in the North and leave the truck at Mercedes in 45 .. Concern: I had arrived in Marseille and could not make the trip. Discussions ensued with the manager of Ada, in unprecedented bad faith, who didn't give a damn about the situation. The only watchword: sell benefits and cash. As its price for the convoy was exorbitant, I preferred to fend for myself. It was subsequently agreed that the vehicle would be returned to Paris and not to the North, which he accepted. We agree on the time / place qd suddenly I receive his email asking me to pay € 825, whereas there has already been a 1st payment + a 2nd by phone No need to tell you the number of times he tries to overcharge me and there, not only the delay was due to the breakdown but also the support of Mercedes which messed up. I specify that the basic driver is not at all the cause of the failure. Moreover, the driver who made the Loiret convoy to Marseille and back to Paris (service that I paid € 1030) had the same problem on the return trip but fortunately 2 hours from Paris. So, as I did not feel it basic, when giving him my bank details for the deposit, by phone, I had the idea to provide him with the e-credit card number linked to my credit card, valid on internet and capped at 290 € usable in one go (amount of the deposit) Of course, he used it 3 weeks later (11/14/2020) .. luckily my bank refunded it to me this morning. As much, I ignored this unfortunate incident which caused me enormous inconvenience, as much there, following its flow and its attitude of the less scrupulous, my lawyer took again the case since its beginning. And when I inform the manager that for any payment, an estimate must be established (sending him of course articles of law) or even a tacit oral agreement, he answers me (screen in support), I quote "what you argue is questionable ".. I specify that I was never question of paying and did not inform me either orally or in writing! TO BAN EDIT: It is a pity that the depth of the argument for your answer is proportional to your good faith! (see screenshot) You can ask Mr. V.B about our vacationers in Reunion in 2017;) then, I wonder what fly has stung you to say that my final reservation allowed me to make the Paris-Marseille. You have my word, I won't stop there

Clear explanations, remember to take your checkbook for the deposit or take the Zen pack in insurance, which we have done. The van that we took 5 days largely did the job for our move 😉
