Hello , After making an appointment, this morning I went to the Midas center in Lens to fit my 4 winter tires (which have been guarded for free at their home for years). There I am told that they have my rear tires but that they cannot find my front tires and as they have just changed center manager he does not know where they are !! He searches for nearly an hour, when I ask him what he thinks he is doing, he goes to his franchise manager and comes back to tell me that since I don't have a document he can't do anything (so he puts my word into it. doubt) and that he will not spend "107 years with me". As a commercial gesture, he suggests that I buy new tires "from them" and that he will put me in for free (great lord). I have been a customer for more than 10 years with a PREMIUN loyalty card but I will not be returning.

Hello, Make an appointment by phone with request for a license plate to recharge the air conditioning. Big scam in short we send me a quote I agree to a breakdown repair up to 350euros I am called back and I am told that finally it is something else and that I should pay 1700 euros in all I refuse the second repair. .. I am therefore being asked for the money for the first repair when my car still does not brake ... I finally paid twice for the labor because they wanted to give me the original part I take my car elsewhere or we tells me that the new part is still there ... I lost to win a new part but I paid a labor for nothing since they did not touch my car a second time I do not find it very honest especially since the original parts were not worn or in any case it was not vital to change .. and in passing my car is repaired by another garage up to 170 euros ... question yourself midas
