I strongly advise against! After an appointment, where the technician asks us a non-compliant hybrid terminal, we have a second appointment 3 weeks later to make the change. No technician shows up that day, I contact the agency, the manager tells me that it is an oversight and gives me a third appointment or he tells me that I have priority that day, the technician will start this tour by my home. (no apologies from the manager for the inconvenience)! The third meeting is fixed at 8:30 am, three hours later still no technician. I contacted the agency where I succeeded in having the person in charge of the agency, he informed me that the technician will present himself at 12:15, (no apology from them, ashamed). At 1:00 p.m., still no one, the agency is closed, I contact the platform which informs me that the technician should have presented himself in the morning and that the agency will contact me to set up another appointment. Finally the technician shows up at 1:15 p.m., without any excuse. It is a business which is unprofessional and which should strongly question itself. It was important to let you know about our dissatisfaction.
