Store and site that deserves no stars !!! Clearly a shame this store, and customer service don't talk about it. I ordered an item at the Vendin-le-vieil store in mid-February; the order had to arrive on 03/16 ... The article, which I already paid for, had to arrive in store on 03/16, the day after the official date of confinement (an SMS should automatically be sent to me) Until there, I understand the difficulty in a period of confinement and that it takes more time etc. Only, I sent an email to customer service last month and I have had no feedback since, on the existence of my order; the online site has resumed and so has customer service. I tried to call customer service who can not find a store in 62 ..... While so far, Vendin the old is in 62 for me .... In short, I tried to have a person online passing through another after-sales service and I am still waiting for someone to call me back .... I find that just unacceptable, because in the end no one keeps us informed of the follow-up of an order ( dating from 2 and a half months) that I had to have before the birth of my friends' baby, and that in the end I did not ... Aubert could at least warn his customers (or simply answer when the customer raises for more than a month) for tracking orders placed.
