Withdrawal of purchases. At the reception three people not one able to say hello. A person asks me to specify what I am looking for, and as I was looking for my words, she loses patience and looks at her colleague by returning her eyes. Too bad for her the eyes are not hidden by the mask. Very disappointed with the welcome !!! Please make an effort! A hello and a smile is free.

My in-laws bought an armchair from you a few months ago, after several calls from my mother-in-law for a manufacturing defect and after sending photos to the after-sales service which proved the anomaly, a nobody was supposed to come to fix the problem but to this day nobody came and they have no more news! In addition, to sell the goods even more, the seller encouraged him to take the warranty extension to almost 100 € for this kind of problem, it is December 5 and the chair is still in the same condition and can even be dangerous in use.

Very satisfied !! I came to buy a kitchen cabinet, they gave me the order form and I went to pick it up when I picked it up. It was very quick. The staff are very pleasant.

I went there a week ago for a carpet, I go to the department and ask to see a carpet that I could not find on display. I wait more than 15min in front of two saleswomen who are discussing and are on their telephone, moreover with the mask on the chin. After 15min I was sent for a walk, telling me to go and see myself in the living room department if the carpet is not exposed. No professionalism but let's move on. I turn in the salon department for 20min I do not see the carpet so I speak to another saleswoman and this one, still WITHOUT MASK, tells me with a drunken air that they do not have it on display and leaves directly. In short, nobody wants to take the lead and I left with nothing (small precision: more than half of the staff do not wear a mask)
