A big joke! They make me wait in the emergency room for 3 hours to come and see me and tell me that they still have 1 to 2 hours and that anyway we should not worry and that I can leave without any consultation. Okay and tell me before it's possible? If it wasn't that bad, why keep me in the waiting room for 3 hours? Unbelievable ... Losing blood clots 10cm in diameter every hour is apparently not worrying. All this without apologizing for the waiting time that came to nothing

I am very surprised to read the 2 previous opinions. My wife and I are pleasantly surprised with the care and our stay in the maternity ward. We arrived in the night of September 28, 2020 in the emergency room following the repeated contractions of my 40 weeks pregnant wife. The care by a midwife was quick. So yes at first we can see a certain lack of empathy on the part of this midwife in the face of my wife's severe pain. What I saw myself when I arrived in the delivery room two hours later (Covid protocol requires). But how can we blame what is most certainly a character trait, or a mood of the day of this lady who despite everything inspired us with confidence and serenity in the care and gestures lavished. Especially since she certainly saved the life of our son born from a cesarean section in code red and who remained with him throughout the care. She passed her hour of duty and came back to us when we were finally able to pick up the baby. Smiling and more relaxed, we especially thank her. During the operation I was never more than 10 minutes without news of my wife and my son, so thank you to all the midwives, to the gynecologist, to the surgeons, anesthetist, to the pediatrician. As for the stay, every person we met was very caring. Available, smiling, attentive, pedagogical despite the difficulty given by some patients and accompanying persons (lack of respect, triggering of the fire alarm while smoking in the room, etc ...). So respect the staff and they will give it back to you. The food is more than adequate and taking into consideration the comfort of the accompanying person that I am more than up to the task. This maternity hospital leaves us so much better than that of the CH Dron in Tourcoing (for our eldest), yet labeled Baby Friends. Thank you to all of you.

A shame. Childbirth on January 14, 2020 and taken in hand by interns who take turns going back and forth throughout the day on my case, I'm in pain and I even hear a saying "oh it's ok huh". Arrived on the morning of the 13th knowing full well that something was wrong, several attempts to trigger with the contractions and nothing. The gynecologist whom I have not seen during these 2 days and who does not know me who takes me out "we do not do Cesarean sections of comfort madam" until my baby is in cardiac distress, emergency Cesarean section or I hear the internal team talking about their facebook page while opening my womb in an emergency !!! In the end baby had the cord 2 times around the neck !!! Think a little bit about the distressed patients. It is not an amphitheater, but a hospital! Do not answer me with your blablabla "please contact our manager" nothing will change the way you have treated me and luckily for you we are alive. Low hat despite everything to 1 intern who saw that it was not going well and understood my anxieties, and also to the nursing aides at the top once in the room.
