Inability to reach someone by phone It's hellish I spent part of my day on the phone to try to make an appointment It is unacceptable. Even though I understand that the workload must be heavy. But there is abuse there. So I'll go do my consultation elsewhere

Mission impossible to have on the phone ... should you ask a day off to join you? I know that ophthalmology places are expensive but answer at least the phone is infernal.

I do not question the medical staff but 1h phone waiting for nothing because we go back in a loop (I'll do the service ask) it gave me go on doctolib ,, docavenue or other everyone can not do it especially my 82 year old stepmother who does not have internet grrrrrr
