Advised by the real estate agency through which we bought our 1st house, a priori serious, she moves, etc. We specify that there is a medical problem on our side "no worries, I have already had the case".. 1st disappointment, we noticed in front of our bank advisor that Mrs. Aurore WIART forgot to count our car loan repayment still in progress, resulting in the% debt is too high, we had to close our car loan earlier than expected! !! No apologies or calls from him after several frequent calls! The file is done, anyway, 1 month and a half later we found IN EXTREMIS a loan insurance 1 week from the end of the financial package because refused from everywhere and no news from Mrs. Aurore Wiart again despite our concern expressed on his voice mail (because still no return) !!! We had to add € 300 from our pocket to go through a loan insurance broker. Following our move, we demanded a commercial gesture from Artemis Courtage after all these setbacks of their / his fault Answer: "ah but don't think about that, it's a happy day, you are going to have a big house" .... We strongly advise against and are still waiting for news from him!

When creating our file, very good reception, gives us confidence, tells us that our file is great, and that as soon as we find a property we must call a thing done but its been 2 weeks radio silence, and several calls for the agency we are told that the broker will call us back very quickly but still nothing .... very disappointed I recommend no waste of time ...
