I call them several times, they never answer, and voicemail is full so it is not possible to leave a message. Don't go to them.

No no and no, the voicemail box is overloaded so it is impossible to leave a message, and in addition they never answer! I just want to cancel and it takes a long time

I would already like to point out that since I have been with apreva I have NEVER managed to reach them by phone. I sent by email an orthodontist invoice for my daughter by email asking for an acknowledgment of receipt, no response and no return when I relaunched recently .... So no news and no of reimbursement which are already long basic 15 days for a reimbursement! So for small sums we will say that it is okay but when you have to advance more than 300 € it makes a big hole in the budget not everyone can afford. Finally a big lack of responsiveness is a shame. It's been a long time since I want to give my opinion I hesitated not to harm the staff but already being unreachable on the phone is not normal at all and the exchange by email is normally a simple and fast means of communication ... There are some things to review 🙄

4 months to reimburse € 28 to our student daughter, It's crazy. Impossible to reach them by phone, the messaging is full in the agency and the platform makes you wait 8 to 10 minutes to finally hang up. In addition their contribution increased sharply in 2020 for fewer benefits, all without warning! In an agency, they are unpleasant because they have no more arguments. To flee!!!!
