To flee !!! And urgently. Those are amateurs. They make grotesque mistakes, don't recognize it and apologize even less. I was almost fined for lack of insurance because they canceled my contract without notifying me. Finally they warned me by simple mail to an address which was not complete. So I never received the mail and therefore could not make the arrangements. I find it absurd to send just one simple letter for something as important as insurance. Fortunately I didn't kill anyone! In addition, they terminated my contract because my information statement was missing, except I have proof that I sent it.
When you put their noses in their poo they are not even able to recognize that they have screwed up. I find it distressing.
However, I noticed that to set up a contract that you have not signed and send you dozens of stimulus letters to pay the deadlines, there they are strong. I had to fight for months to stop harassing me with this contract that I had not signed.
Flee from this agency you will do yourself a favor!
I strongly recommend this agency, scam, lies.
