Unqualified person they tell you that they will call you back to solve problems and since no call and to join them really catastrophic really to flee
Agency to flee !! No understanding to obtain a statement of information, documents which are transmitted to us immediately in other agencies, here it is necessary to wait eight days by mail. Likewise when I cancel my auto contract, I go to an agency before the certificate of assignment, I am assured that the documents will be sent to the service concerned. A month later I phone Lille to verify that my contract was terminated, I am informed that my contract was still in progress and they had not received any documents! My car had been sold for a month. I had to send my documents to Pro Btp in Lille myself! This is unacceptable. Very happy to have left this insurance. That administrative problems, not to mention the lack of work of the agents and their disrespect towards their members!
Address is 37 and not 34 it would be good to correct
