To put you in context, I spent a morning calling the jewelry stores in the region, to avoid having to travel, to find out if they had the Tom Hope bracelet that I wanted, all the jewelry stores ask me for the reference however none had it in stock and could not order it. After calling dozens and dozens of jewelry stores, I call the Maquer de Lens jewelry store, I start giving it the reference and the woman on the phone says "ah no no no one works with the references it's too much complicated ”, I thus describe the bracelet to him and there, they have some, I thus ask if they are indeed the size which I seek and at that moment, the woman makes me understand in a very unpleasant way that the store will close soon so she doesn't have time to look, but she says they have all sizes and loads of stock. (Little info: I called at 11:45 a.m. the jewelry store closed at 12 p.m.) So I move as agreed to Lens in the afternoon telling myself that finally I had found what I wanted and when I arrived it was a cold shower, there is not the right size and that was my surprise when the woman I had on the phone a few hours earlier told me that I should have specified the size. To sum it up, an old store, very unpleasant staff and especially if you want to call it a long time, a long time before their lunch break.

Staff carrying no interest to repair your jewelry. they did not want to repair my necklace, it had to be changed. So I went to see another jewelery a little further or they could repair it very quickly.
