Indeed, as for many our marriage was postponed by a year due to covid 19, so we went to Cleor at the end of the confinement for degravated and re-engraved our 18 carat wedding ring I want to clarify because we had some for more than 1000 euros I do not know the precise amount any more, well in short we show up with our small alliance more to press than ever because of the cancellation of The saleswoman tells us that we do not pair anything but that she does not prefer to take our alliances right away because the suppliers for the most part are on leave and asks us to come back in September so as not to lose our alliances. Obviously we did well and when we arrived at Cleor we were told 15 euros for degravé and 15 euros for re-engraved, a total of 60 euros !!!! We say it's a joke that we were told it was free the store manager tells us that it was after confinement so great why your saleswoman told us to come back in September knowing her I will have done before suddenly my husband explains this and asks for a small commercial gesture and the great response from the store manager we already made enough offer !! We are stunned by this replica so basically the saleswoman did not do her job and because the other customers have offers we have to close our mouths I do not think that many customers buy jewelry for more than 1000 euros well in short the hard law covid 19 thank you cleor for your human and understanding sense we will not come back to you just to recover our debased alliances and in the process you lose about thirty customers or more because you can believe me we are going to give you a very bad advertisement
