Bijouterie to avoid, deplorable after-sales service!
I deposited my watch (under warranty) for a sake of tightness repair time plus 1 month! The repair did not take 1 day and again the same problem. So second return to the workshop and again more than a month of immobilization. Since 9 months I bought this watch she stayed more than a quarter of her time in the workshop. I asked the extension of the guarantee for these months spent in the workshop but the saleswoman and the manager told me that it was not their fault ..
It's true that it must be mine to have bought in their jewelry!
