Pleasant at first contact, but haughty when one is not in their disposition for X or Y reason. We cannot even show good faith because on the phone we are threatened with criminal sanctions until we cannot return equipment the same day. We must be at their disposal; No right to make an appointment even if not the choice during our working time, The politeness and courtesy on the phone thereafter disappear.
