I called this office on 09/14/2020 to get an appointment to treat tendonitis in the knee. A woman online takes my details and tells me that she will call me back .... I have been waiting for a call for MORE THAN 2 WEEKS ..... Ineligible NOT SERIOUS AT ALL !!!

Very good physiotherapist. I've been followed there for years. My back problems fly away after a visit to this office. I recommend !

Catastrophic balneotherapy session. They come to explain to me at the start of the session, for barely 3 min, how to perform 3/4 exercises. I spent the rest of the session alone. Too bad if I execute the movements badly. The person (I dare not say physiotherapist, because I have serious doubts about his qualifications and it would in any case be an insult to those who seriously exercise this profession and whom I have come across in the past) so this person who had taken care of me came once during the 45 min of the session to ask me if it was okay, or at least to see if I was not drowning. I don't even know how the person knew which exercises to give me because I just told them that I had "back pain" when making appointments by phone and that's the only thing they knew about me, neither more nor less. In fact, nobody read the prescription that prescribed my spa sessions on which my problem was described and I was not asked what I had when I showed up for the session. To summarize : - we manage alone during the whole session. - I am given exercises without knowing what I have. - without forgetting that the first time I came they forgot me. I had to come back. But we immediately see what kind of physiotherapy they practice there. Patients come in and go out like in a supermarket. It is a physiotherapy factory. Perhaps there are good physiotherapists among them, but one thing is certain, the owners of this cabinet have only the word profit in their mouths. I saw what a physiotherapy practice looked like with professionals, not cracks, not just physiotherapists doing their job, and this is not where you will see it.
