When I visited the apartment in June, I noticed that the electric shutter was hs. The tenant I know shows me that he told the agency. In the process, I contacted this one to submit my file and at the same time I informed them of the non-functioning state of the shutter. They told me not to worry and that this one would be repaired at the reception of the accommodation. On the D-day being to arrive, a tour of the accommodation is carried out and I see the inventory with the bailiff that it is still in the same condition. This one said good luck to me ... I contacted the agency again to let them know that the repair was not done and other concerns. To date, nothing has been resolved! No reactivity! the excuse of covid ect no longer works with me or the famous summer period! We are no longer in a state of emergency and businesses have returned to normal operation. A problem has been added to the list for the past few days with hot water. It is impossible to take a shower or a bath properly and I am not the only one in my building! You will have to find a solution quickly because it is very difficult to reach you and I am not the only one!

No real follow-up have said that we are contacted again ... sometimes yes if not no! I do not mind the covid but when we see people in the agency and we are not answered .. that melts the sales staff ... too bad to reflect such a bad image of the sign. For my part we have been waiting since September we reserve 1 apartment with reservation file and nothing we call back sends email no response ... or late or we have to harass ... finally we are reserved 1 apartment and when I ask for news all give ..have still waited we are told February and I want to book have told me not possible ... really to flee this agency .. very disappointed and when I speak of the lens agency to your competitors ... they tell me although there is no point in going there because the salespeople do not base their work. .. I have the proof fortunately that I found without your help .. at least my passage and my loss of time !!!! . because logically c still satisfy your customers for all that you have given to enter the accommodation ... at least c my point of view !! .. -5 stars !!
