Project: single-storey house out of air and water estimated time 4 months, we are coming soon to 11 months and maybe MCF will take 12 months following these incompetences. In brief: signature of the contract: Nov. 2018 - building permit obtained: March 2019 - 1st excavation: end of July 2019. Nothing justifies this slowness apart from failures at MFC. The only skill of this builder is marketing by offering you for example 10m² of construction of your house and I omitted the communication to remove negative opinions on social networks in order to avoid the bad brand image.
